If you are not completely satisfied with the merchandise you receive, we will refund your money and pay for the return shipping. Send an email to customerservice@relios.com with the following information: customer name, invoice #, item #'s and quantities or fax your request to 505-345-5445 for a UPS call tag, only within 30 days of invoice date.

RETURN POLICY

• All returns will be refused without a Relios issued UPS call tag and RA#!
• Retail customers please just return using the preprinted label and return form enclosed with your jewelry. No return authorization number required within the 30 day guarantee period.
• Please e-mail customerservice@relios.com or fax 505-345-5445 to request a call tag.
• Allow 3 days for request to be processed.
• Merchandise (excluding clearance items)can be returned for any reason for credit within 30 days of invoice date.
• Credit card customers please allow two billing cycles for credit to be reflected on your statement.
• These policies are to ensure accuracy and timeliness of your return process.
• Clearance/Corazon brand items are non-returnable after 15 days from invoice date.

TERMS OF SALE

• $300.00 minimum opening order with credit card.
  
• MasterCard/Visa/AMEX or company check accepted as payment.
  
• Prices and availability are subject to change.

OPEN ACCOUNTS

• $500.00 minimum purchase, cumulative within 12 months, in order to be considered for net 30 terms.
  
• A company credit application must be completed and signed for Net 30 terms.
  
• Credit Processing will take approximately one week.
  
• 1.5% per month charged on all past due accounts.

SHIPPING & HANDLING

• No shipping charges for backorder when shipped UPS ground.
• Additional charges will apply for expedited shipping

RECEIVING YOUR MERCHANDISE

• Please inspect your shipment as soon as it arrives against the packing slip/invoice for errors and report any quantity or price discrepancies to us within 15 days of the invoice date. Any requests outside this period will not be considered.

Several questions have recently arisen as to what use, if any, Relios Inc.'s customers can make with respect to Relios' intellectual property. We are writing to clarify these issues for you, and to provide you with a license, so that we can protect our rights and you will know what rights you have as well.

As you may know, Relios, Inc. ("Relios") owns and operates several Internet web sites, including www.relioswholesale.com, www.relios.com, www.lovingfamilygifts.com, and www.southwestspirit.com. All design and content featured on these websites, including but not limited to images, artwork, graphics and photography, descriptions, collection names and all intellectual property therein, are owned, controlled, or licensed by Relios.

The name "Carolyn Pollack," and Ms. Pollack's personality rights (name, image, photographs, signature, likeness, etc.), also constitute intellectual property that is owned and controlled by Relios.
