Local Jewelry Manufacturer extends “Think Pink” Message to Annual Golf Tournament
Relios makes jewelry donation to LLGA/Comcast Rally for the Cure for Breast Cancer

(September 26, 2007) – Relios , America ’s largest manufacturer of authentic American-made designer jewelry – based right here in New Mexico - is stepping up to lend support in the fight against Breast Cancer. The company is donating a designer necklace, pendant and earring ensemble for auction at this year’s 7th Annual LLGA/Comcast Rally for the Cure event in Santa Fe. The handcrafted pieces of genuine Pink Rhodochrosite and Sterling Silver are part of a Relios signature jewelry collection called “Desert Blush”.

“The color pink signifies breast cancer support, so this ensemble is a perfect representation of what this event is all about”, says Carolyn Pollack Relios Designer and Vice-President. “We’re (Relios) proud to be contributing to an effort that helps people whose lives have been affected by breast cancer. This is something we feel very strongly about.”

Generous community support for this tournament over the past six years has helped raise nearly 90-thousand dollars for Susan G. Komen for the Cure - the world’s largest grassroots movement of breast cancer survivors and activists. This year’s event, scheduled for October 6th at the Hilton of Santa Fe, also includes food and live entertainment, and then wraps up with the charity golf tournament at the Marty Sanchez Links de Santa Fe on Sunday, October 7th.

“We’re thrilled that Relios is part of this year’s event”, says Holly Spellman, Co-Chair for the “Ladies of the Links Golf Association” (LLGA)/Comcast Rally for the Cure. “The jewelry is a beautiful addition to our collection of auction items, and we’re so grateful for their generous support”.
