Relios Honored Among New Mexico’s Top 100 Private Companies

Albuquerque, NM -- November 14, 2004 -- Relios, Inc., manufacturing gemstone and precious metal jewelry Albuquerque, New Mexico since 1975, ranked 7th out of all privately owned manufacturing companies in the 2004 New Mexico Private 100 List.

Bank of America, Grant Thornton LLP, and the Albuquerque Journal Business Outlook initiated the annual listing in 1988 to acknowledge the important contributions of private companies to the economy of New Mexico, and to provide a forum for recognizing and honoring those companies and their leaders. The 2004 list was broken into 14 categories including Manufacturing, Retail, Real Estate, and Professional Services.

Since 1975 Relios has been locally manufacturing jewelry from genuine stones and precious metals and is the most collected Southwestern Jewelry brand in the United States. Recognized by the jewelry industry for a unique product with the highest of quality standards, Relios turns out about 70,000 pieces of jewelry a month and recorded more than $16 million in sales in 2003.
